In 2017, Irene graduated from the National College of Art and Design in Dublin, where she attended studio Glass, lead by Caroline Madden. Her spatial work is based on her illustrations. She mostly combine glass with other materials such as ceramics, porcelain or plaster. The small format of her objects highlights the intimacy of the individual story we find in the objects.
